Rung Arun Resort is one of the best places to relax on Koh Phangan. The gardens have been landscaped throughout the entire resort blending bungalows into the natural landscape. The large beach frontage offers a very private space in which to sunbathe and the swimming pool is a great place to cool off. The resort is only fifteen minutes by taxi from Haad Rin where the full moon party takes place every month. The restaurant is on the beach and the staff are friendly and cater for your every need.

Each villa style apartment has one bedroom and is ideal for individual travelers, couples or families that are looking to enjoy themselves in the sun and experience an amazing holiday in Thailand. The landscaped gardens are huge, tying the bungalows into the natural surroundings and which stretch along the river that meanders past the riverside villas and out to sea.

Some of our villas have been cut into the rock and have utlised these beautiful granite formations within the bathroom – an internal water feature which guests simply adore.

Rung Arun is located directly on the beach with perfect views of Samui Island. The bungalows are positioned surrounding the swimming pool with sea views and just a few steps from the beach. In the high season the sunsets are spectacular.

The construction of Rung Arun Resort began in 2002 and now totals five different bungalow styles to meet needs of our guests. At first glance the bungalows are very similar in design however on the inside they vary in size, decoration and facilities. Rung Arun Resort is a very quiet resort and you are able to relax without the noise from cars and motorbikes.

The beach front restaurant serves a large menu of Thai and Western food. Rung Arun can arrange jeeps and motorbikes for rent so that you can tour the island. There is an in-house laundry service, travel and tour booking service, a taxi Service and each of the rooms feature a private safety deposit box. Thai massage can be arranged for you on the beach. We also have a communications centre that offers high speed internet access, email, phone and fax facilities.
